Violet-gold Light-wave Vacuum Centralized Heating Tube
Rapid warming, chill-proof, high efficiency
It adopts the best violet-gold light-wave vacuum centralized heating tube in the industry, thickness of which reaches as high as 18 layers of metallic-membrane plating. Therefore, absorption is greatly enhanced. Comparing with common vacuum tube, the efficiency of accumulating heat is increased by 20%, with the same sunshine and the same exposure time but different temperatures.
The coating layer with carbon included is more solid than the common AL-N/AL layer because of carbons stability. Therefore, it has better performance of anti-aging and high temperature resistant and chill-proof. Even in bad weathers, it can work as well as usual.
Qualified heart, lock up healthy water
Tank is the most important part which stores hot water. It adopts imported PVDF panel, which resists corrosion under various water and environment. At the same time, the part between tank inside and tank shell is molded as a whole for once, with the help of imported polyurethane integral foam craft. Thickness of the foam reaches as high as 65mm, which locks up heat and guarantee normal supply of hot water, even in cold northern part of China. The inside adopts food level stainless steel SB304, thickness of which is 0.5mm. Therefore, quality of the water is not influenced and healthy water is ensured.
Stable and Eternal temperature
Adopting polyurethane insulation layer of high-obdurate rate, with thermal conductivity coefficient 19.83mv/mkr, and after treatment of high temperature, its thickness is 15mm higher than common product. Thus, longer period of hot insulation is realized.

The qualified stainless steel tube and channels are processed with the use of high-quality fluorocarbon panel bracket. With interspersed combination and multiple secure connections, it has super stability, super resistance to corrosion. Most importantly, it makes the heat collector vertical to the rays of sunlight, so that maximum efficiency of solar water heater is achieved.
